I have been a tenant for almost 2 years and the neighborhood has so many positive attributes. Close proximity to almost all of your needs along with multi-year fellow tenants who care about the community.

Staff is never in the office. No one answers the phone and the office is always lock. It takes forever for a work order to be completed but they are quick to contact a person for late rent or send emails. If you call the maintenance customer service number, you get a representative in another state which doesn't make any sense. They have to contact the maintenance person here and they hardly ever respond. Why do someone in Florida have to contact a person in Maryland, make it make sense. Nice place and area to live in but the staff needs to be revamped or take a customer service class, a week class.

The property has met most of our needs and has been comfortable but communication from staff could be much better, especially concerning maintenance. My 93 yr old mother , who has significant memory loss lives with me and I have tried to convey the importance a phone call before maintenance shows up. I need to be present when they do to assuage anxiety.
