Lived here approximately 4-5 years. Amenities do noy represent the resident ratio for the complex. There are hundreds of residents to 3 gas grills. No play area for families with small children. Handicap accessibility inadequate for the number of handicap residents. Reserved parking nearer to the entrances than the handicap spaces. No outside spigots for residents to utilize or automobile wash area although we are charged 2500 to 3100 a month. No security in effect. Nine cars stolen on one night and no added security presence added. No security cameras strategically placed on premises. The building managers hands are tied on these issues and major repairs by maintenance. Property owners are responsible for the upkeep and safety of this building not staff.
