CARLYLE Apartments IS LOCATED IN A QUAINT, QUIET, TREELINED, FAMILY oriented neighborhood. NO MATTER THE weather, YOU'LL FIND NEIGHBORS WALKING THEIR DOGS, EXERCISING BY JOGGING OR GINGERLY WALKING OR JUST STROLLING WITH FRIENDS. CLOSE TO SHOPPING, SCHOOLS, CHURCHES AND MAJOR THOROUGHFARES. THE TOWN OF CROFTON IS ALWAYS SPONSORING AN EVENT. SUNDAY EVENINGS DURING THE SUMMER, THERE'S MUSIC CONCERTS AT THE COUNTRY CLUB. THE STAFF AT CARLYLE APARTMENTS ARE AWESOME AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I ALWAYS GET THE FEELING THAT THEY ARE HAPPY TO HAVE ME AS A RESIDENT. EVERYDAY (EXCEPT WEEKENDS) SOMEONE IS OUTSIDE WORKING OR ATTENDING to THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDINGS. THE LAUNDRY AREA IS ALWAYS NEAT CLEAN AND OPERABLE. IT'S A PLACE WHERE I KNOW MY NEIGHBORS NAME.

Review

Extremely nice staff. Both office and maintenance. Tyron is awsome. Ammenities are sub standard for the price. However, if something nreaks they will fix it.

Still a bargain. Rules need enforcement.

Appliances need energy efficiency updating. Needs better security (cameras don't cost that much). Still a good location in a good county. Walls are nice and thick. Residents who continue to violate rules are never penalized; there have been so many "stern warning" emails within the last couple of years with no change in behavior. Abandoned cars continue to occupy parking spots for years at at time.

Love living here

I’ve enjoyed Carlye apt almost 20 years. The only thing I would like is csrpet replaced in certain areas or carpet pulled to have bare floors
