Living here has been great. The common area and the gym is always neat and clean. The only downside is there are a lot of noisy cars that passed by at night.

Bainbridge is a great place to live. It is super clean and the staff is very helpful. The amenities are top of the line and well cared for. This has the best gym i have ever seen in an apartment.

I recommend living at Bainbridge because of the clean, modren, and friendly environment. Staff is personable and care for renters day-to-day experience. The positive environment has cultivated a social community of neighbors, friends, and family; I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

We have lived at Bainbridge market commons since Feb 2024 and so far have enjoyed the clubhouse, the pool, the gym and the wonderful staff! Something so unique about Bainbridge is how modern and luxurious the amenities are and also the dog park with dog wash station to tag along! Very convenient and cool!
