Living here has been great. The common area and the gym is always neat and clean. The only downside is there are a lot of noisy cars that passed by at night.

Bainbridge is a great place to live. It is super clean and the staff is very helpful. The amenities are top of the line and well cared for. This has the best gym i have ever seen in an apartment.

I recommend living at Bainbridge because of the clean, modren, and friendly environment. Staff is personable and care for renters day-to-day experience. The positive environment has cultivated a social community of neighbors, friends, and family; I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

We have lived at Bainbridge market commons since Feb 2024 and so far have enjoyed the clubhouse, the pool, the gym and the wonderful staff! Something so unique about Bainbridge is how modern and luxurious the amenities are and also the dog park with dog wash station to tag along! Very convenient and cool!

Bainbridge Market Commons is worth all the hype. Beautiful luxury apartments with no detail spared. Chef's kitchen with gorgeous white quartz countertops that can easily sit 4 or 5 people. Great for entertaining. All stainless steel appliances with ceramic grey backsplash. Full washer and dryer - so big you can easily wash a comforter and I did! Main bedroom is ensuite and bathroom is huge, double vanity with walk in shower. Closets have ample space for close and storage. 2nd bath is double vanity as well with tub & shower. Wonderful views if you choose and plenty of parking. Staff is always helpful and courteous and you have daily valet trash pickup and maintenance requests are responded to promptly. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants. I can't say enough other than you will not regret moving here. Highly recommend!
