Renewing My Lease!

I have lived in a 1 bed 1 bath with den apartment for 2 years now. I love living here. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I see them. Maintenance responds fairly quickly to requests, even the ones that are not an emergency. I am planning to move into a 2 bedroom apartment once my current lease is up and am looking forward to that!

Good location. Rent high. Amenities shrinking.

Llived here several years. Love location. Keep taking parking. Maintenance is only what they have to do. Incedibly noisy. Rent increases every year with amenitiesand parking shrinking
