I have been Living at FairWay Vista Apartments for about six months I love my apartment very spacious and beautiful friendly and helpful staff in the mangement office maintenance is awesome The neighborhood is quiet. Location is great, shops and restaurants close by.

I have lived in a 1 bed 1 bath with den apartment for 2 years now. I love living here. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I see them. Maintenance responds fairly quickly to requests, even the ones that are not an emergency. I am planning to move into a 2 bedroom apartment once my current lease is up and am looking forward to that!

The apartment complex is a grest value in the market especially with the great front office and maintenance staff.

the parking situation needs to be improved. Would be good to have some assigned numbers for each apartment for each unit.
