Im only one month in, but so far everything has been good. Great and helpful staff, freindly neighbors and i appreciate how dog friendly the community is. The maintenance is quick to respond and is super friendly, the grounds are kept clean from trash and debris daily and the area is safe. So far so good. This is my first apartment completely on my own and its definitely a good starter apartment.

It's a quiet community right off the bus line. The application process was easy and I like that they have initiatives for their residents.

I’ve been a resident for 3 yrs. The rent is reasonable, the staff are respectful, good amenities. My one problem is just maintenance can take a bit long to tend to issues.
