Overpriced

Staff is generally nice. Amenities are either constantly under maintenance or just unavailable. I've complained about the continually breaking vertical blinds 3 separate times, and they have yet to send anybody up to replace/reinforce them. Floor boards are cheap and are starting to peel at the seams. The elevators are also frequently broken (I've been stuck inside of a broken elevator twice in 8 months of living here). Overall, extremely not worth the price.

This place is not bad. The surrounding area is also easily accessible, which is great! The only downside is that it's a bit of a hassle to do laundry.
