Highland East

I’ve been at Highland East for a year now and unfortunately must leave due to cost. But the rent is comparable to other complexes. The building is kept clean and once renovations are done I think it will be very nice. Most of the amenities in the basement are inaccesible currently. But, again once renovations are done it will be amazing. It is currently lovely. There are no odors of Marijuana (at least where I was) and the aprtments are quiet. The leasing office is very helpful and so is the front desk. My one complaint would be maintenance, perhaps they are understaffed but I had no hot water when I initally started my lease and it took almost 3 weeks for them to fix the issue.

a few things

the parking is a bit expensive comparatively to the area otherwise everything is great the gym could be a bit better for example there should be an attend or better security measures (more cameras etc.)

Clean, Quiet, Pretty

I enjoy living here, there are great amenities, close to the metro, beautiful lobby (when construction finishes). The staff are always very nice and pleasant. Overall, for my first apartment outside of my hometown, I am glad I picked here because I feel at home and safe.
