This place is quite different from what I was led to believe when I visited during my apartment search, I am let down. Communication with and action by the staff have been difficult to come by. Cleanliness and over all care are lacking. The whole building stinks. I understand that making the place nicer would be expensive but my rent is high so the building should be nice, hopefully someone can figure out how to make that happen.

They did a big switch on me. They showed me one Apartment and then it was three days to time for me to move in. They didn’t have the apartment and wanted me to be by the Construction on the lower floor when I told him I wouldn’t do they told me to take it or else so I didn’t take it

Maintenance doesn't respond to the portal request and in a timely manner. The front entrance needs to be power washed really disgusting. People are allowed to sit in front of the building all hours of the night making noise. NO SECURITY present as promised.
