They did a big switch on me. They showed me one Apartment and then it was three days to time for me to move in. They didn’t have the apartment and wanted me to be by the Construction on the lower floor when I told him I wouldn’t do they told me to take it or else so I didn’t take it

Maintenance doesn't respond to the portal request and in a timely manner. The front entrance needs to be power washed really disgusting. People are allowed to sit in front of the building all hours of the night making noise. NO SECURITY present as promised.

I do enjoy living here. There are a lot of problems with the building i live in for an example water temperature. The water is frequently cold and we have no access to hot/ warm water for days or it would be so hot outside and the ac would not work all day or for a day or two. I live on the top floor so when its hot it is hottt and when its cold its freezing .Better maintenance would be great but the staff is awesome. The gym has been closed for over a year now and no one has access to it yet we have to pay rent, gas, electric ect..... The view i see from my apartment is the best thing about it.
