After selling our house I was worried about moving into an Apt...they are usually very small and not nicely finished. 8001 is the Exception!!! I love our apt, the building is so well maintained, the staff is lovely...and best of all it is in great location! I love coming home each and every day:)

BEWARE. I've never written a negative review in my life, but this place earned it. I was called less than a week before my scheduled move out date and informed they could not find my signed termination of tenancy and had "no choice" but to charge me an extra 60 days rent. To add insult to injury they added penalty fees because this additional "rental" was short-term. If you rent here make sure you retain proof of any submitted document or you could be stuck with 2.5 months of rental expenses while living elsewhere.

We love living at the elm. I notice there are a lot of kids in the building - having an area designated for them would be a huge plus.
