3 Months living here.

The parking is okay and the spacing between spots is okay, it a little wider would be better. They have a visitor area that requires payment to for overnight guest, its very inconvenient. My apartment didn't have a microwave and they do not have a storage area. What apartment complex doesn't give you a storage area? The maintenance is satisfactory but sometimes non-responsive especially during this Covid-19 lock down. The walls are thin, so you can hear your upstairs neighbor, but I can tell they make an effort to be quiet. The staff is okay. They once sent me a letter, that if I didn't respond to them by the following day, they would have to take action. I thought that was inappropriate. Location, over is good, but not perfect. I wouldn't say its worth its value. I will probably find another apartment after my lease is up.

Room for improvement

Walls are so thin that you can be in the conversation next door. If you get home late you can forget about parking anywhere near you building. I decided to take a 3rd floor apartment just so I didn't have someone above me but yet I still get awaken by noises above my head. It's not a bad place to live but if you can't sleep you can't really call it home

Great value for costs.

Good place to live, neighborhood is quiet and safe for the most part. Clean other than trash dumpsters being overfill at times. Close to major highways not to far from DC or Baltimore. The maintenance team is great and very responsive. Office staff is alright at times.

Great service here at the lighthouse!

Lighthouse has a great staff and is very concern about there tenants and our concern also the place is all ways clean and inside public hallway has well. What. I will say is keep up the great work and thanks so much for a safe environment.
