So far i am not please with not getting the help i need for things to be fixed everybody is nice but nobody fix or solves the issue if i wouldve known it was this bad with drum castle service i would have made my lease for 6 months instead of a year !

At first it was good and slowly it turned into a mess. Already theyre billing me for October so it can appear as if l have a large balance due. First they will say utilities are included than when you get a welcome letter you sign up for bge. Ok next thing they will bill you seperately from bge under yes energy for gas, sewage and water. They dont tell you this. They expect you to pay for stuff not agreed upon when you sign your lease. The heating sustem is not good. Had to run the oven to stay warm in the winter. Its an issue with plumbing. When it rains water will come in near the air conditioning. The carpet started turning brown and it smells like mildew. My refrigerater is an absolute problem.
