The carwash is constantly out of service, and causes the south tower to smell like sewage all the time. The bath tub water will also run brown when trying to fill up a bath. Management tries to raise the rent by the maximum amount with lease renewals of nearly 5% by submitting a claim to the RTB, when the provincial standard is 1%.
