Its a VERY outdated Property, Alot of upgrades could be done to bring it up to new age of living. Especially its Not on the cheaper side of things.

A very nice apartment

The location is great — close to everything I need and in a quiet, convenient area. The Resident Managers are very nice and helpful. They always responds quickly and takes care of any issues right away. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, which really makes daily life easier. The rent is reasonable and within an acceptable range, especially considering the quality of the building and the service provided. Overall, I’m very satisfied with living here and would definitely recommend it to others.
