Property manager Harold does not reply in a suitable amount of time. Voice mail is full and never answers calls. Does not respond when asked for a call back. Onboarding to apartment was not suitable. Left out details like how to get numbers loaded into front door ring box. I have a general sense of a lack of support and professionalism, it does not feel good knowing that if I have a question, I feel alone or that I won't get an answer and I have to do the leg work myself by sending multiple emails and calls.
