One resident left a hateful letter in my laundry bin. I told the land lord but nothing was done. Now im stressed everytime I have to do laundry. I can also hear my neightbours sometimes which is awkward.

Good balance between a nice suite and reasonable rent, you wont find apartments like this cheaper in Oz Village. Its nice to have a pet friendly building that allows large dogs, although some tenants need to train their dogs better (can be noisy at times.) Since the nightclub down the street opened, it is VERY loud at night in the summertime. Property management has it’s frustrating moments, it takes some persistent pushing when you need something done. But they are friendly and dont bother you unnecessarily, which I appreciate.

If were paying over 5$ to wash and dry laundry it would be nice to have ones that arent 50 years old and smelly.
