Great Building

Quiet building that's centrally located and close to the village, the forks and lots of other local amenities. Units are clean, modern and spacious with big windows and a great AC/heating set-up. Overall have been pretty satisfied living in this building for the last 2 years! Only down-sides to the building are that its quite expensive for what you get, parking is excessively expensive ($200 per month on top of rent) and year over year rent increases have been unreasonable. I will also say the old building managers have been excellent through and through, but the new girl (Inna) is cold and unapproachable.

Great Building

Great quiet building, never had any issues with noise and such. Lots of false fire alarms however and often common areas would be left with damage from scuffs and paint coming off. Over all though the staff were great and i would truly recommend this building, however if you have a car, parking is steep for this area although they claim its 'downtown'
