Love the location but my rent has increased over 200$ in 4 years which feels steep. Probably gonna be looking for new place if it continues to go up 1100 for a bachelors suite is way above the rate for the city but i like the location.

This place is disgusting and the maintenance people do not take care of anything ! They don't do any cleaning and the lady downstairs isn't nice at all. Not to mention they charge you for everything when u move out regardless of how clean it is. They make of prices to keep your security deposit. Its a run down place and they trying to get over on people, especially seniors. This place isn't worth what they charge! They need to be reported to the BBB! Avoid this place!!
