Maintenance very poor we sent lots time complain for mold broken fridge, or even bath tub ripping it out no one came its more then 3 months I living here from 6 years management is not good

It sounds like everyone in the hallway is in your livingroom, and maintenance workers can be a pain to deal with. The parking lot is on a ridiculous incline, and if you're trying to leave while its icy on a weekend when someone forgot to sand the ramp, you might slide back down. Otherwise, VERY good price, and nice suites. Good value overall if you can stand the noise.

Parking basement door most time broken not work on first time . I written complaint for tap leaking in washroom but they didn't fixed also drain clogged too in bath tub . But overall this place is good to live .
