Good place to live

I've been a resident here for 13 years. It's been mostly a good place to live. It has its drawbacks. Like no access to the WiFi in the community room because they won't give out the guest account password so I can use my phone or tablet to go online when I'm in the guest room. This should be an amenity for the residents.
