Improving!!

Since the departure of the property manager, there have been marked improvements with the new team. Cleanliness and orderliness has GREATLY improved - mopped floors regularly, trash closets cleaned, mopped and smell management too! The rampant marijuana smell has significantly declined. The attention to maintenance issues has greatly improved as well - particularly since the changing of that staff team. Overall, this is a far better property since the staff transitions.
