Highland West Apartments

We have truly enjoyed living in this community. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet, and exclusive neighborhood that is always well maintained. Management has been professional, responsive, and respectful throughout our tenancy. The apartment has been comfortable, clean, and a wonderful place to call home. We appreciate the attention given to the property and the positive living environment that has been created for all residents. We are grateful for the time we spent here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful, and high-quality place to live.

I've lived here for almost 11 years. This is the third ownership group. Some things have changed for the better. The new flooring, painting, and lighting at the entrance is nice. However, it lacks any homeiness. The lighting is bright, but maybe a little too "mental institution" bright. The loss of key fobs to open the electric doors is a real problem for people like me who have disabilities. The doors are heavy and close on you as you try to make your way in with groceries or carts. The surrounding grounds used to be immaculate and beautiful. Now they can get shamefully overgrown, and unkempt. It sometimes feels like a construction zone with constant workers.

This is a prime location in Worcester. Close to downtown. Walk to Elm Park, the oldest park in the US. Very safe. It feels like a community. We have been here 9 years with zero intention of moving. Micozzi staff is top notch. Everone is friendly and efficient. Maintenance requests are normally worked the following day. Currenly getting upgrades in the lobby, painting, cleanup. Heaters and lighting were recently installed. Highly recommend living here.

I love my sunny apartment. I love the beautiful grounds. I have been here for 10 years, and it has always been accommodating. It's usually pretty quiet, but years ago there were more elderly people here. That seems to have changed to welcome a broader spectrum of people. Still very nice, just a bit of an adjustment.
