Alvarado Apartments

We love living here, we have been here for 2 years and our place is so great. It really feels like home. The main issues are the noise and our intercom. The intercom at the door often stops working or is always making noise. The neighbors have been slamming the doors contstantly to the point where a door was slamming open amd shut for 5 minutes the other night.

The noise insulation in this building is extremely poor. It's easy to hear every footstep and conversation from upstairs neighbors, as well as frequent noise from the hallways. Unfortunately, management has been largely unresponsive to these concerns, offering minimal action beyond sending a few emails. Unless you're able to secure a top-floor unit or are not sensitive to noise, I would not recommend living in this apartment complex.

Not pleasent, dekayed on amentinties, mantainance delayed, staff not kind

I have lived here for over a year with my fiance and we truly love our space. The apartment itself is so great, very spacious, and pretty. The people are nice, we do have very loud neighbors above us. Parking, mail, and trash is great. Whenever we need anything the maintence team has been so helpful.

I have lived here for over a year and the location is great, since it is near to school, parks, and grocery stores.
