Great location; been here three years; maintenance is responsive and good; there are the usual issues of being in a downtown urban location, but the management and police are very helpful when you call about trash, illegal parking or unauthorized people hanging out on the property. Beautiful renovated unit!

Lived here two years; great location, but noisy, although the apartment is quiet for a city location; homeless people in the neighborhood continue to be a problem (it's the city!), but the community police officers respond right away; never had any problems on the property; maintenance is very responsive! Apartment is very nice with great kitchen and bath...totally redone!

Good location; do not understand why they do not keep the walls in the hallways clean; other maintenance is good. Going on two years at this location; and much better than the first year when we had a winter shelter next door; there is a new property owner next door, and a church now occupies the building. Great access to highways.
