Very good experience so far. Maintenance top notch. Only the construction noise in the neighborhood is sometimes bothersome. But ofcourse to no fault of the apartment buildings.

This place is extremely cozy with amenities that are wonderful, especially the dishwasher and my in unit washing machine! Being right on the highway is extremely convenient for me as I work a little bit everywhere.
