Too many fire alarms! Prompt and helpful staff.
Long time resident
My family and I havr lived here for some time at least 8 years are worried aboutvthe next rent increase. We love it here and would like to stay but are uncertain.
Property Evaluation
The property when it comes to the quality of customer services from the staff, the amenities such as the fitness center, bathrooms near the pool, amount of available parking, staff and services has diminished greatly during the last six years. Yet, the rent keeps going up!
The Gables!
The Gables is a nice place to live. I think having community meetings and discussing a few best practices would help make the living space a better place to live.
Great staff! Calm in the face of Anything!
We have lived here for 5 years and have been blessed with wonderful abutters and Staff. It is notable that the Service Department employees are very quick to respond, very neat, and recently very willing to work on solutions for corrective action with the residents. Our home is kept very clean and quiet in the public areas. I have a personal distaste for speed bumps but know that they are necessary for safety! Finally, the location is terrific. It is near my home of 40 years and an ideal distance from both shopping and major highways. It is expensive and yet the location and the Staff keep me here.
