With frequent electrical issues, dog poop in the elevators, and a decrepit parking garage that charges $125 a month, its hard to believe the rents listed here are serious. But its not all bad, there is always at least one working elevator.

Staff is nice to your face but have a “not my problem” attitude about everything. Residents tires are slashed in the garage (that they make no attempt to secure) and they dont seem to care. The place was clearly slapped together very cheaply and has structural issues.
