Town houses very old and foundation very bad and over priced
We like it so far
For all the wonderful perks here, there are a few things like the noise ordinance of the town. "Work" begins at 7am each morning (today it was 6:45am on a Sat). I would be aware of this if you are someone looking to sleep in. Otherwise it's been a nice change for me and my partner. Pet friendly as well!
1BHK Apartments AirConditioning
1BHK Apartments do not have an airconditioner of any provision even for the tenant to buy and fit one. The kind of summers we are getting here since the last few years, it is absolutely essential now because the Hall is fitted with only a very old and noisy window unit that barely has any effect on the temperature of the bedroom. As a result on hotter days we are forced to sleep on an inflatable floor mattress despite having a decent sized furnished bedroom for which we are paying rent. This is not a complaint but a very strong suggestion that needs immediate attention for 1BHK apartments.
Good priced apartments in a great location
The community is located right off route 9 and with easy access to practically everywhere. Prices are $500+ cheaper than the more upscale other community close by but the recently renovated apartments make it a value proposal. The grounds are beautiful, plenty of trees and space. Overall I like it here.
Over priced for the value.
The town house is in poor condition and over priced with the current increase 25% went up this year.
