Kyle was awesome to work with to get set up. The property is fine except the huge ongoing trash problem at the compactor. Something needs to be done about the huge amount of debris, trash, furniture, mattresses etc. the accumulate in a matter of a couple days. It detracts from the entire property.

Lately finding parking spot around the building of residence has become a big problem. I could see lot of cars with no commons sticker parked in the parking. Management should ensure residents put stickers on vehicles or should designate parking spot for each apt,

I’ve been staying at this apartment for a while now, and I’d like to share a few observations for future residents. The biggest advantage of this place is its excellent location—it’s close to everything you might need, and the surroundings are quite convenient for day-to-day living. Most of the staff are friendly and responsive, which adds a helpful layer of support when needed. However, the apartment's condition and amenities leave a lot to be desired. The appliances are outdated, and many of the amenities don’t match the standards you'd expect for the price range. One of the most concerning issues is the presence of mold, which raises questions about maintenance and overall apartment hygiene. In summary, while the location and some staff make the community livable, the overall condition of the apartments, maintenance quality, and health-related concerns like mold are major drawbacks. I hope the management considers making much-needed upgrades and repairs.

Been living here for 6+ years already and overall my stay has been great. So let me jump straight to the suggestions based on priority. 1. 1 BHK apartments need to be fitted with air conditioners or at least provisions should be added so that tenants can get their own. The bedrooms become very hot in west facing apts at night in recent summers. This has become deal-breaker kind of issue off late. 2. A hand held bidget sprayer in the toilet for cleaner and more hygienic wash.
