This 3rd floor 2 br unit can be laid out to be pretty comfortable and cozy, but not easily. The sloped ceilings and casework layout make some awkward dimensions to work with. Outlets are also placed in extremely inconvenient locations. The unit is affordable and provides a decent amount of space for the value. That is definitely the biggest selling point for this property. The house that this unit resides in could be very nice, but it looks ignored. Hallways, lobbies and common space at this property have clearly been neglected for a long time. This is the worst quality of this unit.
