I have enjoyed living at Windsor Marina Bay for the last few years, and like the staff, but I have noticed some changes with the new management, especially with the South Building lobby. It would be great if packages could be kept in the mailroom. Over the past couple of months I’ve noticed that the staff places large packages in the main lobby and they sit there for weeks. And I think moving the large table to the center of the lobby and the seating to the side has the potential to make this worse as delivery drivers drop off food and place it on the table instead of the shelves. Same is true with outgoing UPS packages. These used to be dropped off at the concierge’s desk. The lobby looks very cluttered as of lately with all of the plants, packages, and change in configuration. And who wants to sit near the windows that have now been frosted and block your view outside? If you are waiting for a ride or someone to arrive and can no longer see out the windows, why place the seating there? Im not sure what prompted these changes but it looks odd and very messy compared to the North building. Please move it back to its orginal set up and keep the packages in the mailroom or package lockers. It was such a pleasure to come home to a clean and beautifully designed lobby/building before—now its just irritating to come home and see this and embarrassing when guests come over.
