I have been here since they opened two years ago.They have already made major improvements in the common area's and repainted all the hallways. Only had to call maint. once.They were here within the hour!!! Friendly secure Building right next to North Quincy center..

I’ve had a negative experience from day 1. Everything can be heard in the hallways and sound of traffic is loud and disturbing all throughout the night. Only one person is handling management and service has been poor. Not worth the high cost of rent.

Great location for the property. The building has some nice features including garage parking and gym facilities which are nice additions. The staff has always been very nice and considerate adding a sense of comfort for the residents.
