Nice quality and quite apartment , parking is safe

We recently signed the lease with Neponset Landing. While the apartments look nice, there are some serious concerns worth sharing. First, the pricing increases are dramatic and unpredictable. We toured on a Monday, and by Tuesday the price was about $100 higher. By Friday, it had increased by more than $300. This raises real concerns about how much rent will jump again at lease renewal. The leasing agent also gave us the impression that we might get a better deal if we waited which turned out not to be the case. Second, the noise from the train tracks is unbearable. Even with all windows closed, the sound is extremely loud. And guess what, the trains pass by every few minutes, making it nearly impossible to tune out. For anyone considering living here, this is something you cannot ignore. I hope management takes these issues seriously, because transparency in pricing and livability are key factors for potential and current residents.

Generally good, but could often smell marijuana from bathroom. Leasing office requests were progressed slowly.

This us a really nice building located in a very quiet area. While theres not a lot going on in Quincy, it is close enough to Boston that you can easily get downtown. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious. The redesigned hallways look great and the facilities always seem to be in working order
