Nice management team and location, but the apartment fittings aren’t up to par. Some hinges are loose and flooring is bubbling up.

I've lived here for over a year now. The cleanliness of the building and design is excellent. Although I feel like what we pay in rent does not equate for what we get from an Apartment building. Really our only amenities are trash, water, and a Sub-par gym. All they've done is put new rugs near the elevators and put some TV's up in the lobby. I honestly don't think residents care about that. Then there's the issue with getting in touch with someone from the office. If you call usually no one answers, leave a voicemail no call back, you send an e-mail you MIGHT get a response back. If the housing situation in the Boston area wasn't so messed up my family and I would definitely move.
