Lived here since January. I have had very good interactions with staff at the office. Apartment is spacious, clean and any maintenance requests have been reacted to quickly and resolved each time. Noise has not been a complaint, at anytime. Neighbors have been respectful and courteous. Parking is spread out, and plentiful. Location is very convenient to shopping, transit and restaurants. Overall, A!

Nice place

I think the amenities and the staff here are really great. Always clean and the staff are willing to help when there are issues. I think the walls are way too thin. It has nothing to do with people being too loud or "quiet hours," the walls are just entirely too thin. You can hear whole conversations and general noise as if they are in your apartment. And sound travels super weird here too. I can hear sounds from way down the hall at the far end of my apartment but I can't hear the person above me. It's strange. I also think for that reason, regardless of amenities, there's no reason for the fees we are charged here. The apartments are nice but it's really absurd how much it costs to live here.
