I’ve had a issue with communication and accuracy from the leasing office. My lease clearly states it expires in X month, but I was told it actually ended in Y month. I assumed it was a small mistake, but a week later when I called again, they told me the original X month date was correct and that corporate made an error. This back-and-forth created a lot of unnecessary confusion. Parking has also become a major problem. After 9–10 PM, there is no parking available, and management has even told residents to park in handicapped spaces, which is not acceptable. These issues need serious attention to improve the resident experience.

These apartments are very nice and like all apartments have issues with barking dogs and little insulation on the floors. All depends on your unit. But cooking smells rising up from units below require a large hepa filter as they can end up in your closet. Again depends who lives below you but the smell of liver or old fish isn't pretty. Best to have rugs because the floors are very cold and the windows need insulation as well. The heaters have loud blowers that can't be adjusted so I keep it cool in here. Maintenance is great here as well as the staff. People also love the pool area. Paid parking works well the outside can get full. All fees are a la cart including a water bill, gas and electric. I must say as compared to other complexes this one is one of the best even with all those issues. With about 500 units and more than 250 pets it gets busy but is friendly.
