At 38 years id saythat this a beautiful area. Quiet g Grounds are great. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. Maintenance is done mostly quickly and cleaned afterwards.

The Apartment: You have to experience it for yourself. The architectural design is brilliant, featuring a glass-walled living area that showcases mind-blowing views of the Atlantic. My deck basically becomes a dock; at high tide, the ocean is 15 feet below and you can see waves crashing through the deck boards. Whether you’re watching massive ships or the Boston/Lynn skyline framed like a postcard, the view is unmatched. The Staff: From application to residency, the staff and Maintenance Department have been incredibly kind. Ceaser, the Head of Maintenance, rescued me twice after lockouts with speed and grace—never once calling me a "bonehead," though it was silently understood! Pro-tip: Keep your keys on you; it is very easy to get locked out. Community: I’ve made friends quickly here. Despite being disabled and keeping to myself, I feel the sense of community the staff fosters through scheduled activities and coffee breakfasts. My neighbors are social and welcoming; even walking my service dog leads to friendly exchanges. It’s a warm, connected environment. Location: Nahant is perfectly situated. Access to Lynn, Peabody, and Salem is easy for essentials like groceries or niche interests—like the local woodworking community. Everything from fast food to specialized hardware stores is within reach. Personal Highlights: I love watching the fishing boats and planes, but the "magic" is the marine life just 20 feet from my recliner. Seeing a Bottle-Nosed Dolphin was a true highlight. Conclusion: Having lived all over the US, this ties for my #1 favorite spot alongside the Georgia mountains. It isn’t just an apartment; it’s an unforgettable privilege and experience. Full stop. Whats not to love about living by the Ocean. In the short time I’ve been here I’ve just been loving living here. The Office and Maintenance staff have been exceptional. No complaints here.
