Good business management
My mothwr is a resident here for two years. She has some mental/ physical disabilities and the management has woeked wirh her in a respectful and patient manner. They take the time to call me to discus any concerns they may have regarding my mother’s tenancy to ensure that she is successful as she has mot libed outside of a group home most of her life. My mother walks with a cane and sometimes a walker and she has tokd me that wheb the reaisents see hwr bringing her trash bag out someone usually assista her if available. As her eldesr child who has taken much responsibility for my mom’s welfare I am pleased and grateful. Stoneybrook and the management have been a teue blessing to our lives. My mom is just 10 minutes away from me and ahe loves her home and independence.
Good, Quiet Spot if You're looking for out-of-city living
Management is quick to reply to issues and maintenance is also diligent in fulfilling requests. Though, the actual property could be kept in a bit of nicer condition. Overall, for an old building like this (made in ~60s) its pretty nice and quiet.

Very nice place
We moved to Stoney Brook back in 1993 from Framingham and love it here in Millis, We lived in one apartment until May 2023 when our building had a fire in the apartment across from ours. Thanks to the Millis first responders we did not have any fire, smoke or water damage but because of the damage across and in the hallway we could not get in. A couple times with assistance from the complex we were able to get some critical items from our apartment. The complex was kind enough to find another apartment in another building so we continue to live here. There is a Roche Bros, Supermarket, CVS, bakery, several restaurants, liquor store very close and the Fire House and Police department very close. McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, several gas stations, Pizza places and historical places to visit
