The parking is the worst possible thing about this location . There’s no parking for the actual residents. Theres no one montoring rhe parking. So honestly anyone can park here and hit other peoples cars and theres no repercussions.

Neighbors can be loud late at night, they have a surround sound which is loud. They also have been “dog sitting” a very loud dog that barks a lot. Barely ever do we have parking spots near our house. Being 8.5 months and having a toddler makes things difficult.
