Safe and comfortable property
Towne Lyne Village is a great place to live. My first apartment was here from 2011-2017. This location has a pool for the summer months. Two things that I appreciate is the staff and the landscaping. They take care of the outdoors each season. It's a safe place to live and never any neighbor or trash complaints. Inside is fairly modern & shared laundry in each building. Clinton is a small driving distance from 290 and the mall. There's a park down the street too. I liked it here and recommend.
Great place to live
I love where i live because its overall pretty quiet. Management is great and so quick to respond to fix any issues in your home. The size is pretty good and my apartment was recently renovated and its gorgeous!

I have lived here for over 8 years. Location is great, the response to maintenance calls is super. Could use some updates, but over all a great place for the price.
