I've rented Micozzi Management's properties for years - very few complaints overall. Maintenance is responsive, Steve is kind, and it's cat friendly (I believe on a case by case basis). I've rented multiple separate units in 2 Clinton complexes, and they've all been great. At Camelot, occasional noise is as expected on any "main" road. I wasn't a huge fan about living across from the bar - sometimes there would be events that impacted street parking. Not a deal breaker though, as it's still in a great location. There's a pharmacy next door, and a grocery store within walking distance (10 min walk). I love Clinton, it's a hidden gem!

I work a unique job that lacks paystubs/w2's and paper trails in general. (I'm a professional tattoo artist.) So its been tough finding an apartment since my proof of income is bank statements...and not everyone accepts that! So, great building for my first apartment and stays nice and warm in the winter time too.
