A nice place to call home!
I’m very happy here. Mike and the office staff are great. The quality of the cabinets & counters is great for rentals. There’s nothing they can do about the noise of neighborhood and the occasional tenant being very loud at very late or should I say early morning hours. I’m glad I found Eleanor Lofts. The neighbors I’ve met have been very nice as well.
Like it a lot
Im still unhappy with the view & upstairs tenants are up all hours banging around. But management has tried to shut them up so have the police. No amenities but nice clean & pretty units. Happy!
Great location, amazing maintenance guy, terrible management
The apartment is nice and the bedrooms are spacious. The parking and proximity to the city is a huge plus. Mike, the maintenance guy, is the absolute best. However, the management is so confusing, slow to respond, and terrible. Luckily, we have gotten maintenance requests solved quickly and our apartment + parking suits our current needs... otherwise, we'd be looking elsewhere ASAP. Finally, there are just some odd things about the building. We were aware before moving in, but for example the parking garage doesn't connect to the elevator room... so strange! The doors are difficult to navigate and are heavy, especially considering it advertises being an ADA building. The layout of the building, apartments, and parking is so strange, but those are structural things that can't change.
