I have lived at 275 Medford Street for three years now. The staff has always been very nice and responsive. The rooftop is definitely my favorite amenity. The location is perfect for someone who wants to be in the city but does not want to pay "in the city" rents or hear "in the city" noises.

For a small community not operated by one of those big-box management companies, this place holds its own- if not better. The staff is top notch. They know me, my friends and even my pets! We're on a first name basis, and it really feels like they care about me- not just my money. The community is always clean, and though it doesn't have all of the amenities that larger apartment complexes do, it feels like home more than any other apartment I've lived in. My dog is happy, too. Which makes me happy. He has so many friends, and when I need an impromptu dog sitter, I can't tell you how many of my neighbors offer to help me out. You can really tell that our property manager Jeff really cares about the community. He's not always the most pleasant (especially if you're a non-resident in one of our parking spaces), but it's obvious his goal is to make each and every tenant feel like they belong at 275 Medford.

Everything is good, electricity bill is too high and there is no laundry in the unit. Nice spacious apartment, everything is by your side.
