Amazing place to live

This has been my favorite place ever that I have lived. I feel so lucky to call this building and my apartment my home. Everyone on staff is so friendly and kind. They are also very attentive and make sure residents are comfortable!

We love the location, the concierge staff, and the parking amentiy. Eric and Sharon are so kind and always very helpful. However, maintenance takes forever, the property manager, Jeff, is really difficult to work with and always makes us feel like we are the ones in the wrong. He is also very rude and goes back on his word often. There are lots of little “rules” that make living here feel like a prison. There is a lot of montioring of tenant behavior and it feels like we are constantly being watched. The location is great, but we were sold on amenities that dont exist (gym, pool, etc.).

Loving loft lliving!

I have only lived here for a month but already feel a sense of community. The entire staff has been amazing and accomodating and the maintenance team makes me feel spoiled rotten :-) Charlestown is a great neighborhood, although I don't particularly like living right next to the big autoport parking lot or next to the cement manufacturing site, due to the view and the truck traffic. But living in a loft, that was originally a warehouse, is really cool! Loft living outweighs the industrial location for sure. *An idea for improve the view would be to plant trees on the edge of the driveway instead of the long row of cement no parking barriers that are currently in place. Overall a truly positive experience thus far and I would recommend living here!

Fabulous place to live!

275 Medford is a great place to live; i feel safe here, everyone is friendly and helpful, and the facilities have everything I need. The one negative aspect that Ive noticed is the trash around the outside of the building has gotten worse over the last few months, which I do not like. I do not think it is a grear representation of how the building is maintained inside.
