Waterfall is a good place overall. I think they do their best to accommodate at least any request I make. I struggle with raising rents for the same stuff though, that's just me, just because you can doesn't mean you should or have to. The parking is abundant, and everyone is pretty friendly at least in my apartment complex folks are very helpful neighbors. i feel very safe here

We moved her eight years ago. When we met with the office staff they were very pleasent and helpfull. They took is to an apartment and when we walked in the door I immediatly said it’s where we want to live. We moved in two days later and were greeted by other residents who lived here. Tha staff at the office then and now are so very helpful and pleasant and the maintennance crew is fantastic and very friendly and efficient. This is what we hope will be our forever home. They take extreme care keeping the grounds looking wonderful with a lot of flowers cut grass and in the winter they take extreme care having the roads and parking lots plowed and the entrance to the buildings shoveled and buckets of ice melt available. They have a few contest during the year to bring other tennants together. I’m so happy that we found this community and became a part of it. Thank you Waterfall Hills for welcoming us to your community which is now our home.

Hi, I’ve lived here for 14 years and have been very happy for the most part. Responsive and friendly staff and most maintenance is performed promptly and well. Wish makes my current problem all the more frustrating. I’m handicapped and 65 years old. My apartment does not have a washer and dryer. There is one washer and one dryer in the common laundry. The dryer is broken and has been for more than three weeks. I’m told that a needed part is on its way from overseas. It’s hard for me to accept that a complex with over 200 apartments and which is a part of CHR Realty does not have a spare dryer or keep some spare parts somewhere. Again, a great place to live with reasonable neighbors but buy a spare dryer!
