i love crimson court, its a beatiful plaxe

Def one of the wordt except for a nice vendor Latino guy and location. The landlord company is really irresponsponsible and literally never replies however many times you follow up. The walls are super thin and all the noises are coming through. Every room has different level of renewal, so if you pick one with old flooring or furnished items, you’ll get moldy, dusty room though you oay almost the same as other rooms (but if you negotiate perseverely, they’re open to change them). The rent uf decently cheap for this location, and location is good except for there’s no reasonable supermarket nearby.

My experience, from inquiring about Crimson Court to signing the lease and moving in, has been nothing but positive. The whole staff has been very easy to reach and always open to answering any questions. I love the proximity to the Red Line and the nearby area, which is full of shops and restaurants. Special thanks to Connor Brophy for helping me every step of the way to make the move into the apartment easy and swift.

I enjoyed living at Crimson Court. It is not deluxe in amenities or appearance, but the location can't be beat and it is a nice place to live a simple life. The management company is also responsive and responsible.

I've lived here for 4 years. The location of the apartment is great, however, amenities need a lot of improvement. The washers and dryers regularly have 1 or 2 out of service. The bike racks outside are also overcrowded with clearly abandoned bikes. The exterior grill is poorly maintained and shouldn't be advertised as an amenity for us to use. The elevator also tends to stop unevenly from the floor, leading to a trip hazard. Similarly, the certificate of safety inspection seems to be gone. This makes the apartment price difficult to contend with since the amenities advertised are not always reliable.

Loved our stay here. Maintenance was great, location was great, had off street parking.
