Living in Chauncy
Has mostly been a pretty positive experience. The two bedrooms feel pretty cramped (one of the rooms is just too small/has definitely been converted) but the apartment itself is nice, we like the location, and any problems we've had were addressed by maintenance quickly and efficiently.
Alright place
The place is alright, the building laundry is really expensive for machines that break down all the time, additionally there is no more than three dumbbells in the exercise center.
Bad customer service
Rental office staff is not responsive, sometimes it is difficult to communicate and explain basic needs, need customer service training (previous staff used to be much better/more responsive/more efficient)
