Great property. Really nice to have in-unit laundry and a personal garage. Maintenance is responsive and helpful. Living room is huge and the windows are great to have so much light in the summer and winter. Having a front yard is awesome. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Safe area. Close to the river is nice to go for a walk/run. All around I loved living here. Its a little far away though, which can be a bit of a challenge. ~10 minute walk (if you hustle) up to the Red Line in Central. And about ~10 mins over the bridge to the Green Line on BU's campus. There is a bus stop right on the corner though, which is great. However the bus schedule is not the most convenient as they only run every 30 mins or so, depending on the time of day.

This is a fine house, a bit expensive but so is everything in the neighborhood. Maintenance is usually pretty good, but not always. The place becomes very hot in the summer

Moved in a few weeks ago and everything has been good so far. Service has been attentive and helpful.

It's a very practical and well-priced apartment. Other than the outdated kitchen, the apartment is very nice and spacious. The garage and basement are also great pluses.
