Awesome location, bathroom is small but could be worse, noise is very limited, great apartment just renovated

159 Cambridge has an excellent location very near all essential services, whether you are a student or a professional. East Cambridge is also growing a lot, so there is always new things to see and do! Management is always super helpful and conscious about keeping their amenties up to date. Considering all this the value you get out of the price is not something to be overlooked especially considering the tough rental market all across the greater Boston Area.

Great location and a lot of great space in the apartment and shared yard! Love a lot of the neighbors too that I’ve been lucky to befriend. Great community.

I have lived in this apartment for approximately 4 months. The size of the apartment is great for two people. I have heard that this location is well priced compared to others. Obvious wear and tear as expected with an old building. Right by the green line. Management is responsive, but seems communication between management and maintenance is not great. Overall, pretty decent. Neighbors are great and mostly quiet!
