I have lived in this apartment for over two years. The location is amazing, and the space inside the apartment is great. Our rent has gone up quite a bit over the last two leases, but we do have laundry and a patio which is a plus. Maintenance responds very quickly to any work orders we put in.

I have lived here for 2 years and it is getting too expensive for what it is worth. There is no air conditioning and maintenance does not fix some things despite multiple maintenance requests.

Maintenance is helpful when they come but hardly any issues are ever addressed. Our sink has leaked for two years, our ceiling is leaking and our toilet is leaking and none of it has been fixed. Maintenance team is great but management does not seem interested in fixing these problems.

direct maintenance people (Clayton especially) are great. All other concentric management staff have been incredibly difficult to work with and repairs take very long to fix
