I'm happy with my stay thus far, but I have a few important complaints. In my bedroom, I hear noises from the water pipes from upstairs, which bangs loudly on my bedroom ceiling and walls. This usually occurs during the evening or morning. Also, the room gets stuffy unless I open the window in the cold winter. The door to the back stairs make a loud noise when people go through it. Finally, there's no door to the laundry room and I can hear conversations from there and from the washer.

Nice place, they are refurbishing, maintenance and management are doing their best to do right by the residents. Packages are iffy on delivery because the delivery companies have no access beyond the foyer. Hopefully that improves with renovation. Otherwise gokd quiet and safe location and hoping for the best

I've been living here for over a year now, and it's a solid little spot that's super close to downtown Boston and all the green line trains. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly, as well as all the maintenance and Kilsyth staff.
