Badly managed, old, and expensive

The neighborhood is nice and safe and the location is quite convenient. However, the building is too old with old appliances and old infrastructure in general. Normally, the management should be faster and better to address these kind of problems given the fact that the rents are pretty high. They are not. You should check the appliances before renting the place because they may be so old as to be dangerous (leaking gas etc). Chestnut Hill Property does not charge the tenants for the realtor commission but I beleive that the commission is already in the rent. Overall, you can find better priced and managed places than this apartment.
