Quite And Peaceful.Value for Money

I have been living here for 1,5 years. It is a pretty good and quite neighbourhood without any criminal or other suspicious activities. The maintenance is on time and replies back quickly especially if it is an emergency. The value for money is nice and I would suggest almost anyone to live here unless you are bothered by some noises from the basement boiler and pipes working whenever the heating is activated. The only negative thing is that dyring hot and humid days the wood emits a rather bothersome smell, nothing that cant be solved with good dehumidifiers or A/C units though. In general it is a decent choice.

Good value for money

The location is very good, actually 3 minutes walking distance from the T station (B line). The studio is spacious, but to be honest the bathroom is really small. Since it is located on the ground floor,it usually becomes extremely dusty and it tends to get full of fallen leaves, especially in the front door. Moreover,it is very hot in the winter, but in the summer when heating is turned off, humidity is very high and the rooms smell very bad.

Resident since June

So far our experience has been a positive one, minus a few issues with needed repairs. We are happy in our apartment and enjoy being close to the T and Whole Foods

11 Carol Avenue Apartment

I've lived at 11 Carol Ave for 7 years and my apartment has been fantastic. Any time I've had maintenance problems, Micozzi has been quick to fix things and is incredibly responsive. I really like my apartment on a whole. The location is great and I love the large living room and foyer area. I definitely get my moneys worth. My only complaint is some noisy neighbors on the weekend, but beyond that I've really enjoyed my time at 11 Carol Ave. It was a great place to live as a graduate student.
